Water Damage at Metro Omaha Hotel - Part 1

This hotel experienced water damage after a fire sprinkler supply line burst.  Crews from SERVPRO of Sarpy County were on site extracting water within the hour.

The first pipe break caused damage in the main hallway and two guest rooms.  Our crews were able to get the water extracted and begin drying the structure before too much damage occurred.  As a result, we were able to keep the damage from spreading to additional guest rooms.

The after picture was taken just a few weeks after the incident.  Note that although our crews were able to contain the damage from the first loss, a loss the following night caused further damage, requiring some demolition (see part 2).
