Water Damage at Metro Omaha Hotel - Part 2

This Metro Omaha hotel experienced extensive water damage after a fire sprinkler supply line burst.  Crews from SERVPRO of Sarpy County were on site within the hour.

The next night, the sprinkler pipes burst again; this time, in multiple locations, causing extensive damage. The pool area was heavily affected this time, as well as the hallway (again) and a few more guest rooms.

The before photo shows the SERVPRO equipment in place from the previous night's loss.  Of course we had to remove our equipment, extract the new water and begin the drying process again.

The quick response from SERVPRO resulted in less damage and faster recovery.  The after photo was taken just a few weeks after the incident.
