Bathtub Leak Causes Water Damage in Council Bluffs, IA

The dishwasher in this Papillion home leaked, causing extensive water damage to the kitchen and finished basement below.  Within two hours of receiving a panicked call from the homeowner, SERVPRO of Sarpy County crews were onsite extracting water and setting up drying equipment.

This home in Council Bluffs, IA had water damage in the basement due to a faulty seal in the bathtub drain on the main floor.  The water damaged the ceiling in the basement bedroom as well as part of the carpet.  Luckily the furniture was not affected, so our technicians only needed to clean and dry the ceiling and carpeting.
